Therapeutic Teen Group

Starting April 1st!

Using Art Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Abby Hansen and Sara Storm will help group members:

-Explore their strengths and deepest values to create more meaning in their lives

-Increase their self-esteem, self-compassion, and self-love

-Connect with others who are coping with similar struggles

Ages: 14-17

Date: April 1st-May 6th, 6 weeks

Day and Time: Mondays, 6:15 p.m.- 7:45 p.m.
